1. What this page covers
This page explains how to permanently delete your Alllinks account and the data we hold about you, including how to remove data associated with social-login providers like Facebook, Google or Apple.
2. Delete from the dashboard
The simplest way to delete your account:
- Sign in to Alllinks.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete account.
- Confirm by re-entering your password. We send a confirmation email — open it and click the link.
Once confirmed, your account is queued for deletion immediately. Profile data is removed from active systems within 30 days and from encrypted backups within 90 days.
3. If you signed up with Facebook
Removing the Alllinks app from Facebook
- Go to your Facebook profile → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find Alllinks in the list and click Remove, or open View Removed Apps and Websites, choose Alllinks, then Send Request.
- Facebook forwards the request to us; we process the deletion of all linked profile data in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
4. By email
If you can't sign in for any reason — lost password, suspended account, or anything else — email support@alllinks.cc from the address on the account. Use the subject line Account deletion request and we'll verify ownership and process the request within one business day.
5. What gets deleted
- Your profile (username, name, bio, profile photo).
- Links, text blocks, embeds, products, galleries, articles, events, posts.
- Uploaded media (images, videos, PDFs).
- Subscriber/email lists, audience tags, form responses.
- Analytics events associated with your account.
- Connected social accounts (Facebook, Google, Apple), API tokens, sessions.
6. What we keep (and why)
For a limited time after deletion, we retain the bare minimum required to comply with legal, accounting and security obligations:
- An anonymous billing reference for tax records (no name, no card details).
- Abuse-prevention signals (hashed device fingerprints) for up to 12 months, to stop banned accounts from coming back under a new email.
None of this can be tied back to you as a person.
7. Public copies on the internet
If your page was indexed by search engines or archived by services like the Wayback Machine before deletion, copies may persist outside our control. You can request removal directly from those services.
8. Data Protection Officer & contact
For data-protection questions, GDPR / CCPA requests, or to escalate a deletion request, email support@alllinks.cc with the subject line Data protection. We acknowledge within 72 hours and complete the request within 30 days.
