1. What this policy covers

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when you can get a refund on an Alllinks paid plan, and how cancellations work. It applies to every subscription sold through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

2. Free plan

The Free plan is free forever. There's nothing to refund — and nothing to cancel. You can stop using it any time without notice.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

The 14-day window starts on the day of the charge. The guarantee covers the very first paid period for an account — it doesn't apply to subsequent renewals or to repeat purchases after a previous refund.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Renewals are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel from your Settings → Billing page before the renewal date.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro features until then, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling doesn't delete your account or content.

You can also cancel from your Paddle customer portal, the link to which is in every receipt email.

7. Chargebacks

If you're unhappy with a charge, please reach out before raising a chargeback with your bank — most cases are resolved by email in under 24 hours. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may lead to your account being suspended pending the bank's decision.

8. Sales tax / VAT

Paddle calculates and collects applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST on our behalf at checkout. Refunds include any tax originally charged.

9. Exceptional circumstances

Even outside the 14-day window we will refund a charge in good faith for clear-cut cases — for example, an accidental double-charge, a renewal you didn't intend due to a failed cancellation, or a service outage that prevented you from using the product for an extended period. Just write to us and we'll sort it out.
