1. What this agreement covers
These Terms of Use govern your use of Alllinks — the marketing site, the dashboard, your public profile page, the shop, embedded players, the chat widget, mobile and web apps, and any APIs. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms; if you don't, please don't use the Service.
The Service is operated by Alllinks. Subscriptions are sold by Paddle, our Merchant of Record (see Section 4).
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Alllinks.
- You're responsible for your account — keep your password safe, don't share it, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person may operate multiple Alllinks profiles, but creating duplicate accounts to evade suspensions or refund policies is prohibited.
- For Business accounts you confirm you have authority to act on behalf of the organisation you represent and that your team members each accept these Terms.
3. The Service — what we provide
Alllinks lets you build a public profile that links your audience to everything you do. Depending on your plan, the Service includes:
- Unlimited links, social icons, link collections, text blocks, FAQ accordions and embeds.
- Galleries, video shelves, articles, PDFs, scheduled and expiring links, events with RSVP.
- A shop (Creator Pro & Business Pro) — products with images and video, digital downloads, bookings, services, customer orders.
- Real-time analytics, subscriber capture, broadcast email, community feed, segments.
- Design system: themes, custom colors, 55+ fonts, wallpapers, button shapes, custom domain on Pro.
- Business features: employee profiles, services catalog, business hours, multi-admin access, vCard.
Features may evolve. We may add, change, or remove features over time. For material removals we'll give at least 30 days' notice.
4. Subscriptions, Paddle & payment
Paddle is the Merchant of Record
Paid plans (Creator Pro, Business Pro) are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as our reseller and Merchant of Record. When you subscribe through the in-product checkout:
- You enter into the purchase contract with Paddle for the price displayed; the software itself is licensed to you by Alllinks.
- Paddle handles checkout, recurring billing, 3D-Secure / SCA, fraud screening, VAT / sales tax based on your billing country, invoicing, and customer portal access.
- Your statement descriptor will read Paddle.net or PADDLE * Alllinks.
- Refunds (including those covered by our Refund Policy) and chargebacks are processed by Paddle on our behalf.
- For billing-specific questions, raise a ticket from the Paddle customer portal first. We're happy to help if your issue isn't billing-related.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro features until then. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing or directly from your Paddle customer portal.
Currency & tax. Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported. The price you see at checkout includes any sales tax or VAT applicable in your country, calculated by Paddle. The total may differ slightly from the advertised price because of localisation rules — Paddle's confirmation page is authoritative.
Yearly discount. Yearly plans are billed once up front and currently cost roughly 20% less than 12 monthly payments. If we change pricing, we'll honour your current rate until the end of your prepaid period.
5. The shop & payouts to you
If you enable the shop on a Pro plan, you sell directly to your audience. Alllinks doesn't take a cut on Pro plans — payouts are sent to your own Stripe or PayPal account by your buyer's payment processor. You're responsible for:
- The legality and accuracy of your product descriptions, prices, and shipping/delivery promises.
- Any tax obligations arising from your sales (we don't act as Merchant of Record for your buyers).
- Customer service, refunds, and dispute resolution with your own buyers.
- Compliance with the terms of Stripe / PayPal and any rules your bank imposes.
Alllinks may suspend a shop that systematically violates this section or that triggers excessive chargebacks.
6. Acceptable use — your content & your audience
You agree not to use Alllinks to:
- Publish illegal content, content infringing someone else's intellectual property, or content that incites violence or hatred.
- Run phishing pages, fake shops, malware delivery, scam giveaways, or content that misrepresents who you are.
- Sell prohibited goods (weapons, controlled substances, counterfeits, sexually explicit content involving minors, services restricted by your local law).
- Spam, scrape, or harvest contact details of other users or visitors.
- Impersonate another person, brand or organisation, or claim affiliation you don't have.
- Interfere with, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
- Use Alllinks branding, screenshots, or assets in a way that suggests we endorse you when we haven't.
We reserve the right to remove individual links, products, embeds, or pages that breach these rules — and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly do.
7. Your content & your rights
You own everything you upload — your links, images, videos, products, articles, posts, FAQs. By posting, you grant Alllinks a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account (subject to the deletion timelines in our Data Deletion policy).
You're responsible for having the rights to everything you publish — photos, music, video, brand names, product images.
8. Our content & the Alllinks brand
The Alllinks name, logo, themes, design system, documentation, code, and the asterisk mark are owned by Alllinks. You may not copy, fork, redistribute, or build a competing service from them. You may, however, link to us, screenshot your own profile to share it, and use the "Made with Alllinks" badge per our brand guidelines.
9. Suspension & termination
You can close your account any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Breach these Terms or any of the policies linked from them.
- Engage in fraud, repeated chargebacks, or abuse of refund mechanisms.
- Fail to pay an outstanding Paddle invoice after the grace period.
- Use Alllinks to harm us, our users, or third parties.
For severe or illegal conduct we may act immediately and without notice. For lesser issues we usually warn first and give you a chance to fix it.
10. Disclaimers & liability
Alllinks is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep the service running but don't guarantee 100% uptime or that the Service will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Paddle's liability for billing-related claims is governed by Paddle's own terms.
11. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may change features, pricing, or these Terms. For material changes we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email or via an in-product banner. Your continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the update. If you don't accept, you can cancel and request a prorated refund of any prepaid, unused subscription via Paddle.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by:
- For the Merchant-of-Record relationship: the laws of England & Wales (Paddle's jurisdiction).
- For everything else: the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alllinks is incorporated, which appears in your billing receipts.
Before raising a formal dispute, please email support@alllinks.cc — most issues are resolved that way.
13. Contact
For anything that isn't billing-related, email support@alllinks.cc. For billing, the fastest route is your Paddle customer portal.
