1. What this form is for
Use this page if you believe content on Alllinks infringes your copyright, trademark, or related intellectual-property right. These complaints are handled under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent frameworks in other countries.
This is the right place if…
- You own the rights (or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf).
- You can identify both the original work and the URL on Alllinks that uses it.
- You can sign the notice under penalty of perjury (DMCA requirement).
2. How to file a notice
Send a complete notice to dmca@alllinks.cc with the subject line IP infringement — [your name or company]. To be processed, your notice must include:
- Your full legal name, postal address, phone and email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you own — link to the original where possible.
- The exact URL on Alllinks where the infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights owner.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. What we do with it
- We review within 72 hours. Complete notices are typically actioned within one business day.
- If the notice is valid we remove the infringing material and notify the account holder, including a redacted copy of your complaint (your name is disclosed; postal address is not).
- Repeat infringers have their accounts terminated.
4. Counter-notices
If your content was removed as a result of an IP notice and you believe it was wrong, you can file a counter-notice. We restore the content if the reporter doesn't file a legal action within the period required by law.
5. Misuse
Knowingly making false claims under this form is a serious offence and may result in legal liability. Repeat false claimants will be barred from filing further notices.
